Enroll in or switch to another Medicare Advantage Plan.

Make changes to your Part D plan or switch to a new one.
During the General Enrollment Period (January 1 – March 31)
Americans who are already enrolled in Medicare Advantage can:

Enroll in Medicare Part A and/or B for the first time if you missed your Initial Enrollment Period.
During the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (January 1 – March 31),
Americans who are already enrolled in Medicare Advantage can:

Switch to Original Medicare.
